PROJECT DURATION: February 2021 – July 2021

This Project consisted of renovations to the existing building layout and the installation of major structural components designed to withstand natural disasters. The renovations to the existing layout created a more practical and efficient working environment, while the structural changes maintain safety and security for the employees. Southcoast Construction accomplished this by completely removing the existing roof and working within a weather protected enclosure as well as structural rearrangement inside the building to create an office space layout. The job was carried out in partnership with NPDC, WSP & Elliotts Architects. The contract was completed to programme and received very positive feedback from all involved.
