PROJECT TYPE: Complete Rebuild of Existing Industrial Building 

PROJECT DURATION: April 2019 – October 2019

The Puddleducks Nursery and Backyard Cafe underwent major extension work,  foundation strengthening, and a commercial kitchen add on. Due to its intended use for childcare, this building had a range of child friendly standards that needed to be adhered to, including;  acoustic performance, high insulation properties, child-proof fittings and fixtures and to be extremely durable and built strong. Southcoast Construction was working within a tight time frame to have this build ready for the new class rolls set to start. We worked alongside the Property Developers and Ardern Peters Architects to deliver such a space.
