With over 35 years experience across project management of major construction teams, Clive provides an integral part of the Southcoast Construction team. From projects large & small, his strengths lie in value management which aligns with the Southcoast Construction approach of collaboration and finding the best solutions for our clients.

Nick has over 30 years supervisory project engineering experience. He is extremely proficient in communications, documentation, tracking processes and management of clients. An absolute team player, Nick is able to work with all staff and has a history of developing excellent client relationships.

Clayton brings over 20 years construction experience and plays a vital role in Southcoast’s Health & Safety. With a focus on training, compliance, and risk management, he ensures the highest safety standards that not only protect our people but also fosters a culture of accountability and excellence across all aspects of our operations.

With over 25 years of experience in administration Glynis is an exceptional and valued member of our Southcoast team. Specialising in construction administration Glynis has exceptional commitment to project delivery, managing multiple projects with effective and professional liaison skills.

Tasia works closely with both office staff and site teams, playing a key role in business administration and company marketing. She brings a fresh energy to the team, leveraging her expertise across various media platforms to enhance the company’s presence and efficiency.
